Roles and responsibilities:
● Manage scheduling for Company Executive(s) Draft, review and send communications on behalf of Company Executive(s)
● Organise and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
● Prepare various reports and presentations for the management.
● Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive.
● Prioritise emails and respond when necessary.
● Coordinate travel arrangements.
● Maintain various records and documents for Company Executives.
● Perform other administrative & Secretarial tasks as and when assigned.

Preferred candidate profile:
● Excellent communication skills (Verbal as well as written).
● Well-versed with MS-office (Excel, Word, PPT etc.)
